Sign up for our sports drop-off sports camps for kids ages 3-7. When school is out, TIA is in! Are you looking for an active, fun, and organized program when schools are closed? The Inner Athlete is exactly what you have been looking for! In both our Hoboken and Edgewater, NJ locations, we provide school break sports camps for children ages in PreK - 3 through first grade.
'The structure of TIA Training Camps begin with appropriate warmups followed with fun skills, lunch time (Pizza, yay!), open play time, games, and a cool-down. Each camp day will incorporate 2-4 sports such as soccer, golf, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, lacrosse, and more. See you on the field!

Building your child's lifelong love of fitness
Your child can join our sports & physical education classes in our Hoboken or Edgewater locations as well as your child's school & daycare.
The age-appropriate classes are for children ages 18 months and older and feature a variety of sports and activities with little ones learning movement and motor skills in a safe, engaging environment and older children practicing basic skills in soccer, baseball, golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, lacrosse and more.
Your child will gain self-confidence in their physical ability while making new friends in a nurturing and supportive community.
