The Inner Athlete has been part of the Hoboken, NJ community for over 8 years. Hoboken is our original home, where thousands of children ages 18 months and older have been part of one of our many offerings; caregiver-and-me classes, after-school sports kids classes, TIA On the Run (school enrichments program) summer camps, and award winning birthday party celebrations. We help each child develop a lifelong passion for fitness and sport while developing their motor, emotional, and social skills in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The Inner Athlete has become the go-to for fun, engaging kids' activities, camps, and party spot in Hoboken, NJ. The connections and memories made with all the families that have been part of our program has been nothing short of a dream and we look forward to having your family a part of TIA's future community.

TIA's Home Base Sports Center is the FIRST one-of-a-kind children’s indoor athletic facility fully outfitted with soft turf and tons of natural light from the extra large windows surrounding the field.
During our Varsity, Junior Varsity, and TIA Soccer classes, parents and caregivers can either drop- off or watch and relax in our dugout; fully outfitted with Wi-Fi and take a well-deserved “time-out.” The Sports Center is also the perfect place to join us for camp, a birthday party, Saturday Night Lights, and much more!
Building your child's lifelong love of fitness
Your child can join our sports & physical education classes in our Hoboken or Edgewater locations as well as your child's school & daycare.
The age-appropriate classes are for children ages 18 months and older and feature a variety of sports and activities with little ones learning movement and motor skills in a safe, engaging environment and older children practicing basic skills in soccer, baseball, golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, lacrosse and more.
Your child will gain self-confidence in their physical ability while making new friends in a nurturing and supportive community.
